The cost of your picture depends on the type of frame you chose. We have 2 price bands for frames: Style A are narrow frames, as the example shown on the left, and Style B are wider frames, as the example on the booking page. We use Conservation glass to help protect the flowers in your finished picture from harmful UV light. Sizes are glass measurement not external frame size.

Delivery A charge of £15 will be added for deliveries more than 30 miles from Pittenweem. For areas further than 70 miles the pictures will be posted using Royal Mail's special delivery service. The cost is dependent on weight and will be advised once the picture is completed. You are of course welcome to collect your finished picture in person.

Payment Before we collect your flowers we ask for a £50 non-returnable deposit to cover initial costs. This comes off the cost of your finished picture. You can now pay your deposit online using our secure PayPal method – just click on the button below and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please contact us by email on flowers@flower-preservation-by-vivadesign.co.uk to let us know your wedding date and venue and we will send confirmation of your order.

Stage 2 Payment After 4 weeks your flowers should be preserved and we will be ready to discuss the creation of your picture. We welcome visits, by appointment, to our premises in Pittenweem in Fife, where we have examples of our work on display, and a selection of mounts and frames for you to choose from. Alternative arrangements can be made if you would find it difficult to visit us. If you have an email address we can send layouts of your flower picture for you to view in advance of the making up process.

Once the frame and layout of your picture have been chosen we ask for an interim payment of approximately 50% of the estimated cost. The balance is due when the finished picture is collected/delivered.
