Booking our Bouquet Preservation Service Now that you have seen what can be done to preserve your beautful flowers, you will want to know the next step. It is helpful if we know your wedding date and location in advance. We can then book your flowers in and make sure we are prepared to handle them as soon as possible when they arrive.

Collection We need to receive your flowers as soon as possible after your wedding to achieve the best results. We offer a free collection service throughout Fife, for bookings made before the Wedding. We have a drop-off point in Ferry Road, Edinburgh and we charge a £10 collection fee to use this service. The ideal is for us to receive your flowers within 24 hours of your wedding, however we realise this is not always possible. Individual arrangements can be made to receive flowers from outwith the Fife or Edinburgh area. Please call for details – Telephone 01333 313275.

Flowers should be kept watered and cool (but not put in a fridge or freezer!). Hand tied bouquets can be put in water in a vase. Flowers in oasis should be kept well watered without wetting the petals if possible.

Payment We ask for a £50 non-returnable deposit before we collect your flowers to cover initial costs. If you wish to have more than one bouquet preserved there will be an extra charge for a second or third bouquet. Please call to discuss prior to paying your deposit. You can contact us by email on flowers@flower-preservation-by-vivadesign.co.uk to let us know your wedding date and venue and we will send confirmation of your order. You can now pay your deposit online using our secure PayPal account.

Choosing frames After 4 weeks your flowers should be preserved and we will be ready to discuss the creation of your picture. We welcome visits, by appointment, to our premises in Pittenweem in Fife, where we have many examples of our work on display, and a selection of mounts and frames for you to choose from. Alternative arrangements can be made if you would find it difficult to visit us. If you have an email address we can send layouts of your flower picture for you to view in advance of the making up process.

How soon can I have my picture? We aim to complete an order within 12 weeks of receiving a bouquet, but if there is a special date that you would like your picture by we will try our best to accommodate you.
